[Update: Shashi Tharoor's public display of love for wife amuses BJP] The couple reached Thiruvananthapuram Airport on Monday, Oct 29 where many Congress workers gathered to welcome them. While walking amid the crowd, Mrs Tharoor accused a party worker of touching her inappropriately and then slapped him repeatedly.

Earlier on Monday Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi criticised Mr Tharoor while targeting his wife over her alleged involvement in Kochi IPL team following which Tharoor had resigned from the external affairs ministry in 2010. Have you ever seen a 50-crore-girl friend)?"
